Storm Guard in Westmont, IL is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and closing deals with a smile. In this role you will assess roof conditions, educate homeowners, and guide them through the sales process.

You’ll build professional estimates, present proposals, and use AccuLynx for proposals and follow-ups. A successful candidate has 2+ years in roofing sales or exterior trades, strong communication, and a drive to exceed monthly goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail residential roofing sales or exterior trades experience.
• Proficient with CRM and estimating software.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction basics.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections and assess damage or aging issues.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and pricing.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail residential roofing sales experience, or exterior trades (windows, gutters, siding, painting) experience.
• Comfortable using technology platforms for CRM and estimating.
• Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction basics.
• Motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.
