Tharaldson Hospitality Management LLC is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional for the Largo Courtyard by Marriott in Largo, MD. This full-time role focuses on developing the hotel’s sales strategy, building partnerships, and driving occupancy.

The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus bonus potential, and benefits. Candidates should have at least 1 year of hotel sales experience, strong networking skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hotel sales experience.
• Brand experience preferred, not required.
• Knowledge of brand-specific sales tools/systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong prospecting and networking skills.
• Associates degree or equivalent education.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains marketing plan and sales budget with the General Manager.
• Provides sales training to staff of hotel as applicable.
• Analyzes Revenue Management strategy using tools such as Star Reports, demand analysis and applicable front office systems.
• Conducts a required amount of cold calls.
• Organizes, maintains, and tracks sales data.
• Performs functions of General Manager in General Manager’s absence.
• All other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Completes requests of General Manager and other management personnel, as applicable
• Performs functions of General Manager in General Manager’s absence

What We Are Looking For:

• Preferably 1+ year of similar experience in Hotel Sales
• Brand Experience preferred not required.
• Knowledgeable in Brand Specific Sales Tools and Systems
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong Prospecting and Networking Skills
• Education Preferred of Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college, or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
