Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the community sales team at Eagle’s Trace in West Houston, TX. You will partner with the Director of Sales to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and develop the sales office as a path to future Sales Director roles.
You will manage the pre-sales area, oversee sales programs, and collaborate with leaders to accelerate the sales curve while maintaining a great office culture.

In this key leadership role, you will partner with the Director of Sales to oversee daily operations of the community sales team. You'll work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while helping drive performance, engagement, and results across the sales office. This role is designed as a development path for future Sales Directors.
Compensation: Starting at $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus generous commissions and bonus!
