Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the community sales team at Eagle’s Trace in West Houston, TX. You will partner with the Director of Sales to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and develop the sales office as a path to future Sales Director roles.

You will manage the pre-sales area, oversee sales programs, and collaborate with leaders to accelerate the sales curve while maintaining a great office culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience and 1 year in management.
• Ability to develop staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Strong public speaking and effective presentation skills.
• Keen ability to analyze sales data.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales office in the absence of the Sales Director.
• Perform weekly reporting, including a summary of the office activity and analysis of key sales indicators.
• Supervise the pre-sales area (phone, walk-ins, kit responses).
• Oversee all sales programs that accelerate the Priority List.
• Assist with sales process management and tracking of key sales data.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, move-in process and event program management.
• Develop productive relationships with leaders and teams inside and outside the sales office.
• Champion One Team leadership principles and contribute to a great office culture.
