Refloor is America\'s fastest-growing flooring company and seeks a dynamic Sales Team Leader to guide and develop our Flooring Specialists. You’ll coach in real time, drive sales performance, and ensure our proven selling system is executed at every appointment.

Lead huddles, audits, onboarding, and training to fast-track new hires. You thrive in in-home or high-velocity sales, are data-driven, and excel at clear, confident communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in-home or high-velocity sales environments.
• Natural coach who motivates, inspires, and holds team members accountable.
• Data-driven and comfortable using KPIs to make decisions.
• Clear, confident communicator in one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities
