Job summary

Acquire4Hire is hiring a Sales Associate in Florida to guide customers from inquiry to installation of flooring, window coverings, and related products. You will build relationships in-showroom and through your personal networks, helping customers select and finance flooring projects while delivering outstanding service and, when ready, closing sales.

You will receive product and sales training to become a certified flooring and design expert and enjoy a base or draw-based compensation with

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience a plus
• Self-starter
• Personally well-organized
• Flexible work hours to include Saturdays with a day off during the week
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for In-Home visits

• Keep up-to-date on the wide select of floors we offer along with the benefits and warranties provided by each

Description

Our sales associates guide the customer journey from inquiry to installation. We're looking for customer enthusiasts who can help home and business owners navigate a major remodeling investment. While you will certainly be expected to soak up product knowledge, your most important trait is the ability to bond with prospective customers. You\'re the kind of person that customers naturally like and trust.

Our best sales associates view themselves as a business within the business, leveraging their personal brands alongside our powerful national and local branding. As such, you should be equally comfortable greeting customers in the showroom and promoting our store through your professional and personal networks. While you place a premium on the customer experience, you also don\'t hesitate to close when the time is right. You have the conviction to do what\'s right for your customers by helping them acquire the flooring of their dreams! Since most of our products are installed, you should also care deeply about the beauty and quality of a job done right. Take care of our customers and you can look forward to a competitive income with regular hours and a ton of satisfaction.

ABOUT THE MONEY! We have options! You can choose either the base salary plus a commission that is based on how much you sell OR you can choose a draw against commission with a sliding scale commission based on how much you sell (that\'s where the big money is!)

Requirements

Qualifications for the Sales Consultant

• College education a plus, but not required
• Retail sales experience a plus
• Passion and/or experience decorating or designing
• Self-starter
• Personally well-organized
• Microsoft Office a plus
• Flexible work hours to include Saturdays with a day off during the week
• Valid Driver\'s License and reliable transportation for In-Home visits
