Job summary

Refloor is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Indianapolis, IN to guide homeowners through flooring options during in-home appointments. You will deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish and close sales using warm company-provided leads with no cold calls or door knocking.

Earn through commissions with ongoing coaching and support. First two weeks are fully paid training, with a draw available and a schedule that fits weekday evenings and Saturdays.

Your Role

• Guide homeowners to the perfect flooring solutions during in home appointments
• Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish
• Close sales using warm company provided leads with no cold calls or door knocking
• Build confidence with ongoing coaching and professional support

Training and Support

• First 2 weeks fully paid so you can focus on learning
