ReFloor is seeking a proven leader to guide a team of Flooring Specialists who will exceed goals, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and grow in their careers.

You will coach in real time, run effective huddles, and ensure the selling system is executed at every appointment, with onboarding for new hires and a track record of using KPIs to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leader in in-home or high-velocity sales environments.
• Natural coach who motivates, inspires, and holds team members accountable.
• Data-driven and comfortable using KPIs to make smart decisions.
• Clear, confident communicator in one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily and weekly sales performance with hands-on coaching and planning.
