Closets by Design is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our outside sales team in the Denver area. You will drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and teach our proven sales model while fostering growth and development across the team.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with a focus on results and collaboration with designers and clients. This is a full-time, on-site position in Englewood, CO with a competitive salary and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales management experience with a proven track record.
• At least 2 years of personal sales experience demonstrating customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and fully implement the company's proven sales model.
• Hire, train, and coach new sales team members (designers) with responsibility for total team size, retention, and turnover.
• Create an environment of growth and continuous improvement with engaging training sessions.
• Manage monthly sales, analytics, closing ratio, and growth while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Train and assist with design, pricing, and paperwork to equip designers for success.
• Work with designers and clients in real time to close sales.

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home offices, Pantries, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.

Responsibilities

• Learn, and fully implement the company's proven sales model


• Hiring, Training, and coaching new sales team members (designers) with responsibility for total team size, retention, and turnover


• Create an environment of growth and continuous improvement by conducting engaging training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.


• Responsible for monthly sales, sales analytics, closing ratio, consistent goal achievement and growth, while recognizing and driving our company commitment to customer satisfaction.


• Learn, train, and provide assistance with design, pricing, and paperwork to ensure each designer has the tools necessary for success.


• Work with designers and clients real-time to close sales and achieve results

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success


• At least 2 years of personal sales experience, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Commitment to learn, follow, and teach our proven company sales model


• Positive attitude with a focus on achievement and the success of the team


• Experience working with clients and excellent customer service skills


• After hours flexibility to receive phone calls to help close sales


• Excellent listening skills and a problem-solving attitude to help understand clients needs and motivations to help close sales


• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications


• The ability to hold designers accountable for their performance while helping them achieve success in sales and customer service


• College degree or equivalent work experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
