Job summary

Closets By Design Chicago North is seeking a full-time in-home Sales Designer. Begin the sales route with appointments, build rapport, and walk through the home to identify organization needs while educating customers on our products and services.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 per year with a 401(k) plan, health vision dental insurance, PTO, and a gas stipend.

Qualifications

In‑home sales is preferred.
Growth mindset with willingness to learn.
Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help our customers with their home organizational needs.
