You will guide agents through prospecting, client consultations, and presentations, while maintaining records and ensuring regulatory compliance in a remote-capable environment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Sales or sales management experience preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of independent sales professionals. This role focuses on helping agents develop their sales skills, reach their production goals, and build strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do
