Job description

Chico Nissan Hyundai is seeking a driven and strategic professional to lead sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can inspire a team, identify new opportunities, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to maximize performance and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify market opportunities, generate leads, and expand the sales pipeline.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations and help resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide for an appealing showroom, set up with vehicles and accessories to draw the interest of customers.
