Job summary

Chico Nissan Hyundai is seeking a motivated, experienced sales professional to join our team. You will connect with customers, understand their needs, guide them through the vehicle purchasing process, and drive sales with excellent service and product knowledge.

You will engage customers, present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and collaborate with the finance team to offer financing options. A welcoming environment and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to achieve and succeed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid sales license.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long-term relationship.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicles, and competitive pricing to position the dealership's offerings effectively.
• Collaborate with the finance department to assist customers with financing options and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment, including inventory management and presentation of vehicles.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
