Job summary

Independence Mazda in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced sales manager to lead the sales team, train staff, and drive the customer experience for new and used vehicles.

The role builds relationships with customers and employees, develops the sales process, and supports closing opportunities while maintaining a high-energy, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience
• Desking and F&I experience
• Willing to train additional sales associates and work within a team environment
• Energetic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• A positive attitude and professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Build, train, lead, and assist the sales team in selling new and used vehicles. With the highest quality customer experience
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing opportunities.
• Help manage productivity of sales department
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
