Job summary

CRR Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager for Verde Ranch Estates in Camp Verde, AZ. You will aggressively prospect, tour, and close homesites, building your own pipeline and representing the CRR lifestyle on-site within the community.

Ideal candidates will own the full sales cycle, thrive in a competitive environment, and drive monthly targets while collaborating with marketing and operations to convert interest into signed deals.

The Opportunity

Verde Ranch Estates is looking for an aggressive Sales Executive who doesn't wait for leads to come to them — they go find them. This is a hunter's role for someone who thrives on the chase, closes with confidence, and brings energy to every conversation, whether it's a cold call or a walk-through with a prospective homeowner.
