Job summary

Buckeye Ranch RV Resort & Storage in Buckeye, AZ, is seeking a General Manager to lead people, operations, guest experiences, and financial performance at our premier RV resort. You will align with CRR Hospitality standards, coach leaders, and ensure service excellence across the property.

You will move between strategic planning and hands-on daily operations, reviewing P&Ls and developing initiatives to improve revenue and guest satisfaction while building a strong, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-department teams in a resort/hotel/RV resort setting is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across departments.
• Oversee day-to-day resort operations and uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• Own the resort's financial performance, budgeting, and KPI monitoring.

The Opportunity

The Resort General Manager is the senior leader and driving force behind the overall success of Buckeye Ranch RV Resort.

You'll lead the resort's people, operations, guest experience, and financial performance, ensuring the property consistently reflects CRR Hospitality's standards and culture.

This role requires a leader who can move comfortably betweenbig-picture strategy and daily operations — someone who can review a P&L, coach a leader, connect with guests, and jump in to solve a problem when needed.

You’ll be highly visible throughout the resort, know your people, understand your business, and set the tone for the entire property.

Financial & Business Performance

• Own the resort's financial performance and annual operating budget.
• Monitor revenue, occupancy, labor, expenses, and key performance indicators.
• Develop strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and long-term value.

Guest Experience

• Champion exceptional service and build genuine guest relationships.
• Remain visible and engaged throughout the resort.
• Address guest concerns with urgency, professionalism, and good judgment.

Talent & Development

• Attract, hire, onboard, and develop talented associates.
• Provide consistent coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management.

Sales, Marketing & Community

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resort visibility.
• Support events, programming, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
• Build strong relationships within the local community.

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proactively identify and address operational, safety, and compliance risks.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Previous General Manager experience in a resort, hotel, RV resort, campground, or similar environment strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple departments.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, labor, and operating expenses.
• Strong understanding of guest experience and hospitality operations.
• Ability to make sound business decisions and turn strategy into action.
