We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales division and drive top-line revenue growth. You will define sales strategies, mentor high-performing sales leaders, optimize sales pipelines, and expand market share. You will act as the key driver of sales culture, operational excellence, and customer acquisition across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, revenue targets, and go-to-market strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Team Management & Coaching: Recruit, train, and mentor sales managers and sales representatives. Establish KPIs, track team performance, and conduct regular pipeline reviews to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Process & Tool Optimization: Streamline sales operations, buyer journeys, and CRM protocols (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to maximize sales velocity and conversion rates.
• Key Account & Deal Strategy: Partner with sales reps on major negotiations, strategic enterprise deals, and complex closing scenarios to ensure high win rates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product/Operations, and Customer Success to align lead generation, customer retention, and brand messaging.

Qualifications
