Hotel revenue lives or dies on relationships — and as our Sales Manager, you're the one building them. You'll own your assigned market segments, generate new leads through proactive prospecting, develop proposals that win business, and maintain the account relationships that keep clients coming back year after year. You'll work closely with the Director of Sales, participate in daily business reviews, attend trade shows, and stay sharp on the competitive landscape.
