What You'll Do

Develop and Lead Your Team

• Coach and mentor residential trades technicians to improve customer-facing skills
• Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews

Drive Performance and Growth

• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including revenue, close rates, and average ticket value
