Job summary

Toyota West Mobile in Alabama is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. You will recruit, train, and manage top performers, set ambitious targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery.

You will coach the team, oversee desk deals and reports, negotiate pricing, appraise trades, and maintain a positive, customer-focused sales process. The role offers strong earning potential and career progression within a leading dealership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and basic math.
• Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.

Responsibilities
