Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Management Training Program to prepare you to run a branch. You’ll cover customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while building relationships with customers and partners across MO locations.

You will train in a hands-on environment, with mentorship, and a clear path to branch leadership at Rolla, St. Robert, or Fort Leonard Wood locations, subject to company opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations to run a branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage back-office operations.

Responsibilities

In addition to mastering the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team, you will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. You will learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll develop relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
