Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. You’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handling behind-the-scenes operations.

You will be mentored in customer service, sales, and operations, with a clear path to run your own branch and develop your team, in a culture of friendly competition and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be currently enrolled and within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in retail/sales/leadership/management or customer service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
