Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program, located at a branch in Edwardsville, IL. You’ll start learning the business from day one and act as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while sharpening operational expertise.

You'll be mentored to master customer service, sales, finance and operations as you prepare to run your own branch and grow within a promotion‑from‑within culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.
