Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Texarkana, TX. The MT role starts with day-one learning at a neighborhood branch, focusing on customer service, sales, and operations to prepare you to run your own location someday.

You'll receive mentoring, hands-on coaching, and community engagement opportunities as you develop a broad skill set and leadership abilities in a fast-paced, promotion-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 1 semester of graduation.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support and learn in the Management Training program from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop knowledge in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to eventually run a branch.
• Build relationships with customers & partners and establish yourself in the community.
