Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. Based at Beaumont or Nederland, TX, you'll explore sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations, with a clear path to growth through training, mentoring, and promotion from within.

As an MT, you’ll learn on day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and prepare to run your own branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year experience since Aug 2021 in sales, military service, student athlete leadership, or related roles.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 at-fault incidents/violations in 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners at the neighborhood branch.
• Learn the business from day one and progress toward running your own branch.
• Develop relationships in the community to grow the business.
• Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
