Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Little Rock metro area. You will start in a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while learning operations and business management.

Through mentoring and hands-on experience, you’ll develop the skills to run a branch, grow new business, and lead a team, with a culture focused on customer first and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and get out into the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and put customers first.
