Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Pine Bluff area, with opportunities across nearby communities. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn every facet of the business from day one and be groomed to lead a future Enterprise location.

You’ll develop in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while receiving mentoring, structured training, and a clear pathway for advancement within a culture of promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will work to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
