Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training opportunity in the Searcy area, covering Beebe, Bald Knob, Heber Springs, Cabot and nearby communities. You will train across sales, customer service, operations and business development, aiming to eventually run a branch.

You will receive mentorship and hands-on coaching to excel in customer service, sales, finance and operations, with a culture of promoting from within and growth opportunities across Enterprise Mobility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near completion.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Begin learning the business from day one in our Management Training program.
• Represent Enterprise to customers and partners as the face of the company.
• Develop skills to eventually run your own branch and lead a team.
• Engage with the community to build relationships for future opportunities.
