Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Jackson area, with placement across Jackson and nearby communities. The MT role focuses on learning the business from day one and preparing to run a branch, while delivering exceptional customer service and sales support.

You will be mentored and trained in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a culture that promotes from within and a clear career path across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Participate in a structured program to develop skills to eventually manage a branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Gain exposure to customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations while upholding a customer-first culture.
