We are seeking qualified applicants for our Sales and Management Trainee Program.
During this 18-month program, your skills, interests, and opportunities may guide you into various sales or management roles. You will learn all aspects of our business through hands-on experience, mentorship, and self-study. The program includes roles in warehouse operations, counter sales, inside sales, estimating, project management, outside sales, and branch management. Upon completion, you will be prepared for your future career at Consolidated Supply Co.
