Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure your success. You will also engage with the community to establish relationships essential for building your own business.

We’ll teach you how to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Our culture emphasizes friendly competition, which is critical for growing our business and your success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must have at least 6 months of experience or involvement in one of the following areas:
    • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
    • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. Points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points in total.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.
