As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll gain first-hand experience in retail sales and customer relations before advancing into leadership responsibilities and team mentorship. We’re committed to developing future leaders, and this position offers clear advancement into management roles based on performance, not seniority.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Begin hands-on, engaging with customers and learning our sales process.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through customized sales presentations.
- Learn how to train and lead others as you progress.
- Identify growth opportunities in the market and contribute to team strategies.
- Meet and exceed personal/team sales goals.
- Develop professional relationships with the team.
