Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, based at one of our branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, as well as handle operational tasks. Our structured program will equip you to eventually run your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will engage with the community to build essential relationships. Training covers customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture promotes friendly competition, vital for business growth and your success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 months of experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership (military, athletics, community, social, or academic organizations).
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (total points not exceeding 8).
• No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI in past 3 years).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
