What We’re Looking For:

• You either have a book of business, or you're hungry to build one fast.

• You’re self-motivated, scrappy, and thrive without someone watching over your shoulder.
• You’re either experienced in logistics or excited to learn it — we’ll show you the ropes, but we won’t teach you how to hustle.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Cold calling, prospecting, and owning your sales pipeline
• Building relationships with businesses that need freight solutions
• Helping clients move anything, anywhere — with confidence
• Working hybrid from our DFW headquarters (Tues/Wed/Thurs in office, flexibility otherwise)
