Role Overview:

As a Moving & Logistics Specialist, you’ll be a key player in the installation and removal of furniture, art, and decor for real estate staging and design projects. You’ll work closely with our designers and other members of the logistics team to ensure items are transported and installed with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and unload furniture and decor to various homes across the Austin area
• Drive a 20-ft box truck to job sites and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety
• Assemble furniture and stage items according to designer direction and client needs
• Perform white glove delivery and installation for design clients, including unboxing, handling fragile items, and detailed setup
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and assist with inventory tracking
• Collaborate with the team to solve on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months experience in furniture moving or similar labor-intensive work
• Clean driving record and ability to drive a box truck
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a polished final product
• A high level of care when handling furniture, art, and décor—our inventory is a valuable part of our business, and we expect it to be treated with professionalism and respect at all times
• Comfortable lifting up to and sometimes exceeding 75 lbs, standing and moving for extended periods
• Experience assembling furniture is a big plus
• Professional, friendly demeanor with clients and coworkers
• Positive attitude and willingness to be adaptable to the day to day demands of our valuable customers
