Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to drive the selling and leasing of homes within our communities. You will collaborate with the team, build relationships with current and prospective residents, and use marketing skills to connect with prospects both online and in person.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independent work, and willingness to work some evenings and weekends, with compensation reflecting a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software products.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Excels in a collaborative/team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
• A valid in-state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating sales and leasing operations such as prospect tracking, appointment scheduling, conducting tours, application assistance, third-party communications, and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads through multiple avenues (phone calls, e-mail, social media, and physical delivery of flyers/promotions to residents, etc.).
• Act as a liaison between internal departments, external entities and the applicant.
• Collaborate with management team to monitor homes for move-in readiness.
• Hold open houses/sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and maintain relationships.
• Attend all company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Additional duties assigned by management and are subject to change.
