Admiral Communities LLC seeks a Sales and Leasing Specialist to support multiple East Tennessee mobile home communities from our corporate office. The role involves coordinating prospects, tours, and records, plus delivering strong customer service throughout the sales and leasing process.

The position is full-time and in-office, requiring excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and make outbound calls; document and follow up promptly.
• Respond to messages, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Schedule property tours and meetings; coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate prospect, client, property, and transaction data in the CRM.
• Assist with online sales and rentals and provide admin support.
• Keep both electronic and physical files organized per policy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and fair housing requirements.
