Job summary

This full-time, in-office role coordinates prospects, maintains records, schedules tours, and assists with customer service, ensuring an organized and professional experience throughout the sales and leasing process.

The role requires 1–2 years in related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in sales support, leasing, property management, real estate, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM, property management, or real estate software preferred.
• Professional, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, document accurately, follow up promptly.
• Respond to phone messages, emails, and website inquiries efficiently.
• Schedule property tours, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate prospect, client, property, and transaction information in the CRM.
• Demonstrate confident sales abilities when communicating with prospects.
• Assist with online sales and rentals.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and leasing team as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files per company policies.
• Ensure documents and activities comply with policies and fair housing requirements.
