Admiral Communities LLC is seeking a motivated Sales and Leasing Specialist to support multiple mobile home communities across East Tennessee. This in-office, full-time role coordinates prospects, maintains records, schedules tours, and assists with customer service throughout the leasing process.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to inquiries, manage tours, and ensure accurate CRM data while upholding fair housing requirements and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, leasing, property management, real estate, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or real estate software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound and make outbound calls with accurate documentation and follow-up promptly.
• Respond to phone messages, emails, and website inquiries efficiently.
• Schedule property tours, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate prospect, client, property, and transaction information in the CRM.
• Demonstrate confident sales abilities when communicating with prospects.
• Assist with tasks for online sales and rentals.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and leasing team as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files per company policies.
• Ensure documents and activities comply with policies, procedures, and fair housing requirements.
