Job summary

Admiral Communities is seeking a motivated Sales and Leasing Specialist to support multiple mobile home communities across East Tennessee. This full-time, in-office role is based out of our corporate office and focuses on coordinating prospects, maintaining accurate records, scheduling tours, and assisting with customer service.

Responsibilities include outbound/inbound calls, scheduling tours, CRM data integrity, and assisting with online sales and rentals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in sales support, leasing, property management, real estate, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM, property management, or real estate software preferred.
• Professional, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and make outbound calls, accurate documentation & following up in a timely manner.
• Respond to phone messages, emails, and website inquiries efficiently.
• Schedule property tours, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate prospect, client, property, and transaction information in the CRM.
• Confident sales abilities while communicating with current prospects.
• Assist with tasks for online sales and rentals.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and leasing team as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure documents and activities comply with applicable policies, procedures, and fair housing requirements.
