Job summary

YES Communities in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to drive leasing and sales of homes within our communities. You will conduct tours, process applications, generate leads, and coordinate with residents and staff to ensure a high level of service.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, be self-motivated, and capable of working evenings and weekends as needed. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, and a valid in-state driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations including tours, applications, and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads via phone, email, social media, and flyers.
• Act as liaison between residents, staff, and applicants.
• Coordinate move-in readiness with management and assist in events.
