Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to learn technical products and industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Wesanco-ZSI products, applications, and target markets.
• Support day‑to‑day customer interactions through customer service and inside sales functions.
• Prepare and manage product quotations, pricing, and order follow‑up.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and operations teams to support customer needs.
• Assist in identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation efforts.
• Participate in training on sales strategy, negotiation, and account management.
• Analyze customer data, sales trends, and market activity to support decision‑making.
• Deliver presentations and product training to internal teams and external partners.
• Support regional sales managers and manufacturer representatives as needed.
