Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Canton, GA. You will start as a MT, learning our business from day one at one of our neighborhood branches and serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You will receive mentorship and hands-on training in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a clear path to running your own branch and growing within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required now or in the future.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• MT program: learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
