Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Eau Claire, WI, is hiring for its Management Training Program. As an MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program covers sales, service, finance and operations with mentoring and a clear path to running your own location. A Bachelor's degree or near graduation, plus a strong customer-service mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating
• Minimum 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, and/or Management/Leadership
• Athletic leadership or leadership in military/community/school organizations counts
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug/alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) in past 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations
• Receive guidance and mentoring to run a future Enterprise location
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations
