Qualifications

• Backgrounds as warehouse leads, shift supervisors, restaurant captains, or assistant managers are a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a new skill set
• Comfortable talking to new people and handling rejection
• Coachable and able to follow a system
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willing to complete state licensing (full support provided)

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and professionals to understand their needs
• Deliver simple, straightforward presentations about supplemental insurance options
• Enroll clients and manage your own relationships and schedule
• Take full ownership of your own schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups
• Build and manage your own client relationships
• Follow a proven sales process with daily activity expectations
• Participate in structured training, coaching, and leadership development
