Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and problem solving.
- Evidence of leadership or training showing ability to guide others.
- High motivation and rapid learning ability.
- Willingness to work a 5-day schedule with weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Run rental location operations alongside managers.
- Oversee key departments and ensure smooth performance.
- Manage fleet flow and inventory to meet demand and reservations.
- Operate the rental counter, update manifests, and close/open contracts.
- Promote add-ons to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Perform opening/closing routines and security procedures.
- Handle office tasks and daily reporting to monitor performance.
- Resolve customer issues and explain charges confidently.
- Support team across locations when needed; mentor and coach teammates.
