Qualifications

• Prior experience valued in similar roles.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to complete state licensing; full support provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and professionals to understand what their teams need.
• Deliver simple, straightforward presentations to help businesses understand the supplemental insurance options available to their employees.
• Enroll clients and manage your own relationships and schedule.
• Take full ownership of your own schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.
• Build and manage your own client relationships
• Follow a proven sales process with daily activity expectations
• Participate in structured training, coaching, and leadership development
