Qualifications

• Backgrounds such as warehouse leads, shift supervisors, restaurant captains, or assistant managers are a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a new skill set.
• Comfortable talking to new people and handling rejection.
• Coachable and able to follow a system.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to complete state licensing (full support provided).

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and professionals to understand team needs.
• Deliver simple, straightforward presentations on supplemental insurance options.
• Enroll clients and manage relationships and schedule.
• Take ownership of your own schedule, appointments, enrollments, and follow-ups.
• Build and manage client relationships.
