Responsibilities

• Complete structured sales and product training, then apply it with real prospects.
• Generate leads and book conversations through outreach and follow-up.
• Run product demonstrations that explain features, benefits, and fit.
• Manage activity in an assigned territory and keep clients informed.
• Track leads, pipeline, and follow-ups in Salesforce.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.
• Work with marketing on outreach and campaign follow-through.
• Stay current on products, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
• Attend ongoing training on sales skills, compliance, and leadership fundamentals.
• Take on increasing responsibility as you prove results and advance.
