• Motivated students interested in sales, marketing, business, and management.
• Comfort with using and training on computers.
• Availability to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ask probing questions to understand customers’ needs.
• Guide customers to suitable products in-store.
• Explain differences in products to aid decisions.
• Arrange payment and delivery for purchases.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Follow up with customers by phone or notes.
• Use effective sales techniques per company procedures.
• Maintain customer satisfaction as the top priority.
• Collaborate with sales/store leaders; exposure to marketing, e-commerce, etc.
• Conduct market research outside the store to learn industry and CX.
• Build connections across the company and explore career paths.
